1. Use the email address registered with your MATCHORA account.
2. Email betsappp@gmail.com with the subject “MATCHORA account deletion request”.
3. Include only your registered email address. Do not send your password.

Request account deletion

What will be deleted

Your MATCHORA authentication account, account identifier, saved favorites, and subscription-access records associated with the account will be deleted after identity verification.

Retention

Purchase and transaction records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations may be kept for the period required by applicable law. They will not be used for marketing.

Requests are normally completed within 7 days and no later than 30 days.
