Arena Media operates MATCHORA. This policy explains how information is handled in the Android application.

Data we process

We process account identifiers and email addresses for authentication; saved favorites and app activity needed to provide app features; subscription and purchase status needed to provide premium access; and device or messaging identifiers needed to deliver notifications.

Purpose and sharing

Data is used to provide authentication, app functionality, subscriptions, security, support, and notifications. Service providers such as Google Play and Firebase process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit. We retain account data while the account is active and delete it following a verified deletion request, except where legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations require limited retention.

You may request deletion through the in-app account area or our account deletion page.
